I put 24# SVO injectors in my 383 and haven't had any problems yet, but it's only run for about an hour.

Just make sure the o-rings are the same size as whats in your car now. Some of the Ford injectors have smaller o-rings, and you dont want those.

They will probably be too small and the car will run lean, although you might maybe be able to compenstae enough with fuel pressure.

I put a set of them in my wife's 4.9 Caddy, they work perfect there (no codes, excellent gas mileage), so they would also be about right for a 305 I would think but not enough for a 350 without at least some reprogramming.

i posted this so people who have done this could tell me the flow rate between ford and chev is different the 19lbs in a chev iroc z are suppose to flow 22lbs because of a strong fuel pump or something.i wanna know if thats enough.

88, I think you'll be fine with those injectors, I saw there's a couple of people here running 19 lb injectors on their 350's without any trouble. Apparently, they're good up to 300hp.
I've been thinking about buying those same injectors from the same guy, and I'm curious, are they in good condition?
Why don't you just put them in since you have them, and we'll both know how they work, and it will save the anticipation for both of us.
Thanks.

The difference in pressure (37psi to 44psi) makes the 19# injectors 20.7# instead. If you were to run 49.5psi (which would be ok) those injectors would flow 22#'s, just like whats in there now.

the injectors themselves are in excellent shape and they were shipped perfectly etc. someone told me that its good to run a bit lean but not too much because i don't have a fuel pressure regulator so i can't bump up my fuel pressure.
