vibration at freeway speeds

When ever I get to about 60 mph, the whole car starts to vibrate, and I'm not sure what's making it do that. Could it be U-joints? Any help is appreciated.

could be a wheel either out of alignment or not balanced right.

Did it seem to happen all of a sudden or gradually? Sometimes you can throw a wheel weight and that would cause vibrations to suddenly appear, usually at the higher speeds.

It seemed to happen all of a sudden. I'll have it checked to see if it's alligned or if the weight is gone, cause it's really annoying. Thanks

I had this happen to me my little rice burner. It was a transmission mount.

Do you have a lot of vibration in the steering wheel? That would sat tire to me.

I had this problem aroud 85-90 mph - turned out the tires were so bald (just bought the car) that they fall out of balance on their own.

New tires/balancing - vibration is now gone!

I replaced the transmission mount about a month ago, so it's not that. Thanks for the help

Usually its unbalanced tires, but it could also be the driveshaft.
