experts please help

trying to get this 305 to 350 tpi swap to run. can get it started but only by keeping the throttle cracked and it runs like absolute crap. have plenty of spark, plenty of fuel, changed out the knock sensor for a 350, had a custom chip burned by fast chips, upgraded to 24lb injectors, what am i missing. have new headers and y-pipe but they need to be welded and have at least 3 big exhaust leaks but can't get them welded until i get it runnin. could the exhaust leaks be causing the roughness by pulling in air? the seal near the O2 sensor is sealed so i know it's not that issue. please, any suggestions are welcome and appreciated.

Have you adjusted the TPS and idle air? As long as the exhaust leak is not before the o2 sensor it wouldn't cause problems. Any codes coming up?

its a 92 so the TPS is non-adjustable. i can't even think about idle right now. it runs so bad it feels like i'm gonna throw a rod. i have checked for vacumn leaks and all is good. i got accel 24lb injectors and wondering if they are causing the problem. anyone replace with accel injectors?

I'm sure the accel injectors are fine if they are new. Any smoke? any codes stored?

i cant keep it runnin long enough to set timing. just moving it by hand while starting to get it close enough. the injectors are new and have had the fuel rail off when checking pressure and no leakage. no smoke and no codes. after it shuts down, if i open the throttle blades white fumes trickle out. i'm wondering if i have a stuck exhaust valve but i would have back firing threw the TB if this was the case and that doesn't happen. plus i adjusted the valves for about 2 hours to get them right where i wanted them. i have just about had it with this f'n car. i dropped this engine in for a buddy and now i can't get this bitch to fire up. i'm use to MAF setups. is it possible the MAP is on it's way out? the car has sat for 2 years and not sure where else to look.
