sub frame connectors?
i saw a post that got me thinking..............ive done just about everything to my suspension................hellwig antisways front and back..eibach springs............kyb shocks and struts.........tubular panhard bar.........i think thats it..........i didnt even know sub frame connectors existed for a 91 bird till i saw the post, apparently spohn has em.............what do they do and are they worth the cash having done all those other things? i am gonna put in a strut tower brace after i have the cam and heads done............no sense putting that in now........lemme know
It ties the sub-frames together, the front and back half of the car. It makes the chassis MUCH stiffer. You should most definently get them. No matter what upgrades you have, the diffrence will be immense.

mmmmmmmm dont you want the car to give a little? isnt too stiff detramentle to the handling?
Of course you dont want it too stiff. You also dont want your whole body flexing as to take corners. Youd be hard pressed to find a thirdgen fbody that has suspension upgrades but no sfc. Do some research on the suspension board. You would be the first Ive ever heard that wasnt happy with them.

I had a set installed yesterday, and yes they make a big difference in the way the car handles and performs.
