Please help. Service Engine Soon.

My SES light has been coming on and off more frequently in the past week. My code reader gave me a code 43. Here's what the car does. While at highway speed, the car will make a slight lurch, and feel like it lost a little power. It is a comparable feeling like when the AC compressor kicks in and the car withdraws a bit. Any clues as to what this could be? Thanks in advance

chris

Nevermind, looks like the knock sensor broke off.

Yup, that'd probably do it.

Thanks for reporting back. It's always nice to see the outcome so threads aren't just left hanging there unresolved.
