Well I have noticed on camaros that the power steering seems to leak or something. Well I never knew mine leaked til I was under it today I saw it all over that bracked and bottom radiator hose? How do I fix this or do I not need to worry about it? Mine fluid level hasnt really changed much so.

I've never seen a hydraulic system that didn't leak somewhere. The PS pumps on our cars an most GMs from that era have the connections for the lines between the pump body and the pulley, so you can't even check them, much less work on them without removing the whole system. Also, if your fluid level is above the 'full' line at all, it will vent through the cap, covering the whole side of your engine with a film of PS fluid.
What can I say, Welcome to the Wonderful World of General Motors.

My power steering fluid leaks out of the filler cap, particularly under extreme use (autox and road racing). This is (unfortunately) normal for 3rd and 4th gens. I keep a bottle of power steering fluid around and top it up everytime I check the oil.

That's life.

Maybe I'm the only one but mine does not leak at all, I flushed it once a few years ago just because it had 90,000 miles on it and had never been topped off and it was still full, now 40,000 miles later it's still full.

I had the same problem. Dry everything off, start the car and turn the wheel a few times or drive around a little then check for leaks.

PS FIX

a couple of years, a buddy of mine bought a 82 camaro with no engine, so he jamed in a 327sb that came out of a 67 Camaro
with no PS at all, so he took some junkyard PS hoses and turned the car to manual steering, he just rerouted the hoses into one another.
