For a 91' Camaro where should my RPM's be at idle??

Transmission: Pro-Built Automatic/Vigilante 2800
For a 91' Camaro where should my RPM's be at idle??

I've been experiencing rough idle while the car is in drive and stoped it idles around 450-500. Where should the RPM's be at idle?

In P 700-800 is probably good, in D you want it around 600 or so.
