How hard would it be to swap in an LT1 engine and an automatic 4th gen transmission? If I have to, I'll get a new intake and swap it on the engine so that I can use a carb (to remove the need for computer controls for fuel injection). I'd keep the intake and FI system somewhere just incase I decided to install it again later. What would be required to keep the FI system? If I made the engine carbed, then how hard would it be to get the engine working right in my car?
