What induction do you plan to use?
Basically, you need to do what the late-'86 and on TPI Vettes w/aluminum heads did - route exhaust from the header/manifold to the cross-over passage of the intake. If you're going TPI, get a Vette-style base. If carb, you need to drill & braze a fitting onto the intake (or get a GM performance intake that has the hot air choke and EGR valve bosses - that's what the HO 350 Conversion kit does for the ZZ4).
If you have the Feb '02 edition of Chevy High Performance, they have a picture of the setup for the SD Vortec TPI base.

Then it's the fabrication route, putting a fitting into the intake cross-over passage and routing a tube down to the exhaust.
