I have flushed out my system a few times, but the rust keeps coming back. I got a new radiator and water pump from autozone also. IS there anything I can do or am I doomed to rust forever?

dumb question, but are you running straight water? Anti freeze should inhibit the corrosion unless there is ALOT of scale that can still flake off.
