Is there a tech article on changing the fuel filter?

I don't think there is a tech article, but it is fairly straightforward. The filter is located near the rear axle, on the left side of the car. You'll need a couple of wrenches (one to back up the filter and keep it from spinning). If it hasn't been changed before, you might want to soak the fittings with penetrating oil a few days before you attempt to remove them. They tend to get badly rusted in place. Aside from that there are no real secrets. Just remember that some gasoline will spill, and it is flammable.
