ok after hearing that my 305 engine is really just a bastard child of the 350, and that after no amount of n/a mods would it compete with ls1/lt1, i have decided to go ahead and step up the ante. anyone have a price range for a good 383 long block, and what mods would you recommend as far as internals. i live in the dallas/ft worth area, but would be willing to order parts from any respected or popular performance shops.
