The 30 over 350 out of my 87 Camaro are up for sale in the Denver area. Long block includes centerbolt valve covers down to the oil pan, and timing cover to flexplate and everything in between. 1-piece RMS, factory roller cam and lifters, swirl port heads.

Standard and reverse rotation water pumps available..

Good eye. The car has an "8" VIN, so it originally came with a L98. But the head casting is 14102193, which is the TBI 350 swirl head. DOH! The code pad on the block is smooth, so it's probably been decked, too. Since the block is cracked, I won't be giving anything up by pulling a head to see what other surprises are lurking...

After finding the crack(s), I bought an L31 crate, so I wasn't too worried about what I was pulling out.

Re: FS: L98 long block and 700R4

Hello, I live in the Denver area as well. I wish i had room for a spare engine but I do not. If you end up parting out the engine, I would be interested in the camshaft for a stock motor i'm retro'ing with a roller setup.

With the cracked block and TBI heads, I think parting it is going to happen. I'll pull the cam tonight, and get the # to confirm. Do you want the lifters, dogbones and spider too?

The # stamped on the back of the cam is 8 99 2714 b. The Google isn't finding results for the specs.
