Any ideas?

Hey I been noticing, some times when I start my car, some things dont come one. such as radio, heater/ac fan. the car starts fine just they dont turn on, I gotta shut the car off and restart it to get it all workin. Anyone have any idea/

My first guess would be the ignition switch, and that would be easy to verify with a meter or test light and a good body diagram.
