Deburring Block, worth 50 bucks?

I am putting my 406 together soon, finally and I am thinking about deburring the block. I've heard its a good idea to go ahead and do it. Standard Abrasives offers a deburring kit, and I found it online for 40 bucks + shipping. Would it be wise to go ahead and do this, or would the money be better spent elsewhere?

Always a good idea if the engine is apart for machine work anyways.

Deburring stress relives areas that can lead to cracks under the right conditions.

Is it necessary? No, not generally for street-level engine builds.
