Air/fuel ratio checking..?
Air/fuel ratio checking..?
I saw a oxygen sensor testor in a Mid America catalog. Can you use this to check air/fule ratio while on the fly? Anyways what are the numeric numbers that represent each fuel ratio change. Is it in ohms? For example 12:7 to 1 ratio would be equal to what number in ohms when checking oxygen sensor?

The stock o2 isnt much good for measuring things outside of the 'ideal' A/F ratio of 14.7:1. Its just not designed to work that way. A wideband o2 sensor is, but those are pretty expensive items. All reading the voltage off the stock o2 will do is give you a general idea of where you're at, it shouldnt be trusted as accurate.
