Ok. The car is a '90 IROC L98 with ported stock heads,SLP cam,Hypertech chip, airfoil, and UD crank pulley. The car has ALL stock exhaust and no other mods except airbox modification. He ran 14.6@96 with chip, airfoil, and no filters. He did not replace the high mileage valve train components and did not put larger valves..just hand ported them. He thinks low 13's I doubt that and say more like 14.0 or something since his exhaust is untouched and so is his 100,000 mile 700R4..no shift kit or anything. The car also has 3.27's(or is it 3.23's?). Thanks...

That car should've been in the 13's a while ago.

ya..I know..just have the name in good fun.. I know the exhaust is going to choke it up. He has stock 245/50 Gatorbacks but might get slicks..doubt it though. I would guess high 13's with at least headers but not low 13's high 12's like he thinks.

That dude needs to look into his car. He really should have been in the 13's a while ago, really low 14's at the most.

well..

well he only had chip, modified airbox and airfoil when he ran 14.6 but did have traction issues. I just doubt he will be anywhere near a low 13 since most modded LT1's at my track get any better than 13.9 . I did see a 84 Z28 run 13.2 with a built 12:1 355 with 4.30 gears and such though.
