First Kill....

As it says above my car got its first kill the other night. As me and my mom took it up too AAMCO to getthe tranny tune up. i had to take it there at night becuz its not inspected and so my mom drove it just in case we got pulled over and whatnot. So as we were waitin at this light this stuipd *** punk with his friend in the car pulled up next to us. and they were in like a mid 90's honda something. it was a 4door but it had those stuipd like new like APC clear front lights for the turn signals and all the other beginner ***** equipment. well as the light turned green we took off doin the nice easy acceleration but once these idiots got next to us they just stayed with us. so my mom just gave it gas and was gone and then chirped them into 2nd gear and we were gone and left the rice in the dust. and after that they didnt even pull up next to us anymore. and then we turn to get on the street with the AAMCO on it.

but i guess i can say my car has one office kill :burnout

That's sweet. Sounds like fun. My mom would never race anyone even if i told her to. Sounds like an easy kill, but fun. How long have you had you car if that's your first race/kill. Have a few more victories in the future.

This post reminds me of the day my mom would pick me up from my friends house in a 67 chevelle with a 427 and muncie 4 speed. those were the days. Tell your mom to stay young.

Hehe, that's great. I wish my mom would do stuff like that. I did manage to get her to open up my 91 a little bit down a long straightaway, that was cool. My mom and aunt are the only ones that have been allowed to drive my car so far though. They're both pretty young but responsible and wouldn't hurt my car. Even I can't drive it right now, grrr. Stupid injectors.

NOOOOOO!!!! DONT TAKE THE CAR TO AAMCO!!!
Those pirates destroyed my car. My first car was starting to slip from 1st to 2nd so I thought I would drop it by them to get things checked out. They told me the tranny needed to be replaced and since I was an idiot at the time I went along with them. Then when they locked up shop without telling everyone that they were closing that day ( friday) I couldnt get my car. Well I waited Sat and Sunday only to find that Monday was Christmas eve and so I waited until Wednesday to find out one of the tech's broke something in my tranny and they were going to replace it. I finaly got the car ( tranny still slipped ) and they claimed it was a new tranny. About a week later the torque converter expoded and I had the car towed back to them to fix it ( under waranty). The guy tries to tell me that it wasn't the tranny and the throttle position sensor was to blame. I was backing out of a parking lot.. how does a throttle position sensor kill a "brand new" torque converter? Anyway.. they ripped me off and laughed the whole time. If only I knew then what I know now...
