Car: too many ...
Good run!! The 8cyl in that lexus is the 1zfe 4.0ltr quad cam with vvti = 300 hp, 320 ft/lbs I believe. Very nice engine but in a 3700 pound car only runs high 14's. In Japan, the GS series is refered to as the Artisto and the 6cyl turbo is the powerhouse. They come stock with the Supra engine (2jz-gte) and a twin turbo setup. You guys know what people can do with Supra engines so you can only imagine how fast they are. Luckily over here in the US the GS series cars with the 6cyl's only get the 2jz-ge witch is the N/A supra motor. They do build turbo kits but the power stops somewhere around 350 hp (not worth it!!). So the 8cyl is the powerhouse over here in the US and you smoked him. Good job!!

Me thinks that 300 HP might be a little overrated or very peaky.

Car: 1984 LG4 Camaro
Engine: 350 Roller Motor
Transmission: Level 10 700R4
Axle/Gears: Strange 12 bolt 3.42
The GS400 cars run 14.4 or so, the new GS430 cars run 14.2, not bad for a 4 door, but they push $50k plus. Too bad the new Acura TL-S runs 14.7s and costs only $31k (I have one) and is made here in the US, kinda makes the GS look like an overpriced Euro sled.

Anyway, they are pretty quick and decently comfortable for driving. All the ones around here either are ghetto or have an italian sticker on the rear bumper, so we can all guess what market is being targeted by Lexus.
