have any of you ran up against a supercharged 4.6 stang? this is a 98 model with a 2000 4.6 engine and base 4.6 s/c on it. how fast are these?

 

If it's a 2000 260HP Motor than it's proabbly making 350ish HP now with a 8psi blower. That's good enough for low 13's high 12's with a good driver. Gotta figure a stock 260HP Gt with small bolt ons can run high 13's with a good driver, so adding a blower is good for 75-100HP and 1 more second. If he has a blower, he has to have several other bolt ons or he's just bottlenecking the car.

 

Low 13's high 12's assuming he has other small bolt ons(free flowing exhaust,intake..etc..)

 

Boost depending, I would say anywhere from an otherwise stock car running 13.4, to a high horse 15 psi motor going in the mid 11s. It would be safer to guess like everyone else and say a low 13 high 12!

 

what they said.... unless..... the guy is really serious and has major mods, exhaust, cam, head work, intake, rebuilt motor, u know the real stuff and then he could run 15 psi and would be quite fast.... but more than likely their probably right
