LT1 v. Supercharged Cobra

How would a 4th Gen LT1 with a 6 sp, hold up againt a 5.0 that has had a cobra 302 with a Supercharger (this is what i've been told)?

I have a feeling the Stang would win but by how much?

If he has a true Cobra 5.0, than that alone would be a good run with an LT1! Think about it, my car has Cobra stuff, minus heads, mass air meter and injectors and right now I can run with a stock LT1! If you add the supercharger, the LT1 would get destroyed! Unless the LT1 is modded!

The average supercharged '93 Cobras I've seen have been in the low 12/high 11 second range.

dude, a stock LT1 runs low 14's, high 13's. A blown Cobra would spank that car up down left right and everywhere in between...

It would be close between a stock cobra and a stock LT1! I don't even have as many mods as a stock 5.0 Cobra and run with LT1s!

This coming from a kid who sold his factory freak Fbody for a Topaz!!! But I am sure if he is the kid RX7 talked to his Topaz would kill me!

Ya, and whe you said it would be close!!! I don't know what you mean close, low 12s compared to low 14s!!! That sure is close!

You have been a troll for so long that you should have no right to throw the BS flag, even as a joke!

Just a pet peave of mine. MUSTANGE ARE NO LONGER 5.0!!! They have not been since 1994. In 1995 they went from the pushrod 5.0 to the modular 4.6L engine. They got a performance boost from doing it. But they are not 5.0's.
