1980 Camaro, How Fast?

1980 Camaro
350 4 bolt main with a 4 barrel carb: no headers
350 turbo tranny
10 bolt posi rear end

How fast would that run in a quarter mile?
Just wondering because this could be my next **** burner killer

The best engine that year made 190hp@4200rpm's and 280lb/ft@2400rpm's. They are not very fast at all. The best rear gear they could get was 3.42. I really dont think they could hit low 16's stock. I may be wrong, but they are slow for what they have.

My dad's got a 1978 Z28. It might not be that fast from factory but that didn't last long.
Fast as he!! and cheap to build up.

Need to know if it has the stock heads and what cam. I had a 78 z28 with a flat tappet "RV" cam, 264 advertised duration, .450 in. lift. Long tube headers, true duals, 3.42 rear end. It ran 15.3 at 91 mph. The lack of power was more than likely due to the 76 cc smogger heads with a wopping 8:1 compression ratio.

He had the stock heads ported and polised. 3 angle valve job done. Thorley headers. Higher compression(I Think 9 to1 or something like that).
3.90 gears. Shift kit.
I'm not sure what the cam is. I think it might be an old TRW.
He's never taken it to the track, but I'm sure it'll due 13's easily.
Let me know if you need more info.

Look at my sig. I run 14.8. That was with a few problems though, so take a couple tenths away to get a better idea of what you might see.
