what should i run?

i have an 85 trans am w/a 79 350 with the 441 heads, lg4 intake manifold, 600 cfm edelbrock, no emission crap or ac, flowtech headers, no cat, and a 14 inch air cleaner. tranny is a rebuilt 700 r4 with stiffer 2nd gear adn a vette servo. my question is, about what should i run in the 1/4 mile? what about when i get my ported 305 heads w/ bigger valves installed w/edelbrock intake and a better cam, and a 3 inch exhaust? all will be done by winter. also can i beat a pretty stock 5.0 mustang? i also have a 12 bolt posi rear end with the stock gears i think. thanks

Honestly, you'll never know until you take it to the track.
I say that because I've heard nothing but 15.0 to 15.5's for an '86 LB9 from a lot of people here. My stock IROC-Z is in nice shape with 79K miles, and all I ran was 16.0 at 880 ft above sea level. I'm might be able to shave a little off that time, but I was still disapointed non-the-less.
