They only run like 7 seconds to 60 and low 15s quarter mile in stock form. not that fast. You are talking about a sentra SER Spec V or whatever right?

I'm guessing you have a TBI 305, so yeah you may get toasted.

Yea, those cars are pretty quick. He has the weight advantage and if he can shift he has that advantage too(assuming you are auto). If you have an open air cleaner then you obviously have the LO3 TBI, unless you converted to a carb for some reason. In any event, he should take you unless he can't drive.

If they guy cant shift well, you might win. But if he knows how to drive, you better start modding that thing quick!

Well I have a friend with a 91 RS w/ 14 x 3 open element, 3" catback exhaust, rebuilt 700r4 and he is able to take one of our friends in his spec-v, the spec-v's best run was a 15.9 at our local track. You might just lose this one. Just have to race and see.

I dont think youll get beat that bad. The only reason those things are "quick" is they love the high rpms and have 6-speeds. a buddy of mine has one with exhaust, clutch, rims, all the usual r*** mods and I would put 5 cars on him before I ran out of 2nd but you have an LO3, so hope he cant drive well and maybe you'll catch up in the time it takes him to shift through all those gears go race him and let us know..I got 5 on you and 6 on him

I ran one with some mods in the 350, got him off the line and barely got 3 cars on him.

Your screwed, unless he stalls, then you might have a chance.

still don't understand the humor in it

yes he was stupid
but it is still not a funny moment

and also what happened to safty
so the guy is being retared

just let him on his way slow down and let someone else deal with him

rather then prolly as you have done speed up saing this fool isn't going to pass me and make sure he runs out of room

editk read your other post and it does help a little bit better to explain
but still couldn't you have dropped speed a little bit and just let that fool on his way?

you dont drive like that in a truck dude, if you start slowing down hard and making panic moves every time some moron does something stupid in a big heavy truck your gonna kill yourself and about 20 other people....if someone wants to be a f*ing retard and mess themselves up, thats too bad.....and ya i do think its funny. its not like being a puss bag in a toyota corrola, you can't do things like that whether you want to or not.

and as for your speeding up theory.....this truck does 65mph TOP SPEED....and it doesnt accelerate worth crap, i hum down the right lane at 65mph and thats it....there is no law that says i have to slow down to let some moron fly by me before the lane drop, and then take 20 min to get back up to speed again.

there was a sign warning his *** the lane ended.....he played chicken with the guard rain and my truck, and he lost......i sure as hell dont feel bad for him lol.

if i slowed down, all it would have done is have him get caught between the guard rail and my front wheel....no thanks done that before too, some b*tch sideswiped my front wheel in boston and ripped the whole side of her car off on the lug nuts.

it was on a hill too, it would have taken me 10 min to get moving again

I don't want to see any more posts bragging about causing someone to wreck their car. Property damage isn't funny no matter who it's happening to and bragging about causing it, even if it might have been unavoidable, is not "cool" and just makes you look REALLY bad. :nono:
After seeing your post on the other thread I can see that it truly was unavoidable as he wasn't even past the rear wheel, but bragging about it leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. Further posts of this nature will be deleted and the poster warned or further as seen necessary. Posts such as these could lead to liability issues, so it is best we avoid them in the future.
