77 Corvette VS. 86 T/A

I know someone that has an 1977 Corvette with a 350 and an aftermarket turbo. It is a 4spd. The only other mods to it is an MSD ignition and muffler. Not sure of the rear gear ratio.
My car is a 1986 Trans Am WS6 with a fresh rebuilt 4bolt main 350 TPI in it and a stock 700R4. Here's the mods:

-Custom Chip
-Magnaflow muffler
-High flo Cat.
-21lb injectors
-268*comp cam
-K&N filter (in stock air box)
-3.73 rearend with eaton posi

Any ideas on who would win in the 1/4?

*ignore my sig where the HP rating is. I have really no idea what it is, that was just an estimated hp rating when the shop put in the engine, then i had all the "mods" done to it.

if he spent money on a turbo he probably spent money on the motor too.

i'd say him all the way cause it's real expensive to put a turbo in a vette.

The turbo was put on years ago, like back in the 80's. Would that make a difference? He says the person who had it before him just threw on an aftermarket turbo for fun.

yes i'm sure it would. it's just like throwing on a supercharger. i think the 77's had like 190'ish hp so probably another 100 hp or less for the turbo cause it's older.

should be a good race then!

I'm running a 72-80 corvette cam in my bird, alot more then 190hp with decent heads like Ive got. It may not have all the bottem end I'd like but once you hit 3k peak tq it pulls hard did I say hard? I ment like it has a turbo. Now couple that with an actual turbo in a car almost 1000 pound lighter then ours. He will smoke you but you will have him off the line if that counts for somthing.
