SS gets no takers.....
Well this isn't a third gen kill because mine is under reconstruction to go carb'd. But I have a 35th Anniversary SS Vert that is bone stock. Well the other night I took it out for a drive. As I was passing a mustang V-6 I think i noticed the NOS sticker on the window so I decided to see what he had. So i put my rear next his window and pushed the clutch and threw him some revs. I slid back window to window but he was shaking his head no and pointing at my SS symbol. I pointed at his NOS symbol and he shook his head no again. A ***** in an American ride!!!!
But I have taken a couple of modded LT1's, but many people won't race once they see the SS, guess they don't know as much about cars as they should cause my IROC was faster when it had TPI on it, modded of course with a long arm and big stroke. Hehe

That's funny.
I don't understand why kids invest in nitrous as a quick fix. Guys around me abuse it so much it shredds the engine.
But then again I take part stickers from work all the time, so the kid prolly didn't even have NOS. It was cut out of a HOT ROD mag, LOL.
