Iroc Vs Ws6
First i would like to say ive never posted in here, mostly due to losses. But ocasionaly i Get to eat hondas and dsms off the line till about 45 or so then i get ate. Which was close to the same with the ram air ta i beat off the line today. I am so excited.
Second i jumped him off the light. I could kinda tell he did launch fast enough. It was 6speed and he didn't spin barely. I didn't ether though. But he definatly wanted to race cause the light before he waited for me then revved up. I had full tank my 2 15" subs and my girlfriend. so i know i weigh more.

Don't know why you lose so many races with a 5.0 TPI, back when I had my 5.0 TPI GTA, I used to rape Honda and other import cars...

Practice your shifting. Maybe your not shifting at the right rpms. And i have a 305TBI and i rape hondas badly. Your weight isnt going to matter too much that you get "raped" at top end. Maybe check your air filter, tires, or clutch.

It is tuned up need K&Ns and DIY ram air but been lazy. I replaced most all easy stuff since i work in auto shop. I usually always lose on the highway. New stang gt, ss camaro, stupid hondas. But i can eat them hondas and dsms off the line unless awd.
i have near brand new Traction T/As which are ok but should have went with extreme contact conti's I get tires cheap.
And the iroc only has 100k so tranny isnt slipping yet. Sooner the better since a t56 is next thing i need to buy but probably rebuild a 350 roller to swap in first. Rely in just depends on what breaks first.

If it's tuned up well then I say the imports you are racing must not be completely stock. I can understand the whole losing to newer gt's, ss camaro, and imports on top end, but losing after 45 seems just a bit fishy for me, and I have a stock 5.0 tpi.
