Another r*cer bites the dust.
I love ricers. They're funny and easy to kill, even with my old LG4.
This civic, probably a late 80's, pulls up next to me. It has a nice paint job, and 4 stickers that I could see on the side, but probably more in the back.
Now normally I wouldn't even post this up, but I found what he said to me to be rather amusing.
He said, and I quote, "Hey homes! I bet my car can beat your peice of **** ese!" (He revs his engine) "I have 342 cubic inches of powwwwer ese!!" (Again revs his very obviously > 200 cid motor) "And it's got TURBOS!!!"
At this point I looked at him, revved once and got ready. He had it coming to him, and I decided to give him a show, even though I knew I wouldn't go as fast. I love the look on peoples faces when I do this.
Light turns green and he mashes his petal. Not so much as a squeak. Then I mash mine (for pure fun) and the tires start smokin' it up, they catch traction and I head for 4500 RPM. I hit the 4500 mark at about 25 MPH and it shifts into 2nd with a loud squealing of my tires spinning. (Petal still mashed mind you).
At this point I'm about 1 car ahead. He's still mashing on his car and I pull it back to about 3 quarter throttle, hitting 3rd gear at about 35, then keep it in third and mash it again.
At the end of the road I was at least 7 or 8 cars ahead at 80 MPH in overdrive.
He didn't even have the courage to come up next to me and say good race
I thought it was funny all his **** talking. I got sick of it so gave him a show of burning through 2nd, something I don't even see most newer camaros/pontiacs doing. Although I have seen a cobra do it once.
All hail the built 700R4 :hail:
