Good night mr. Lt1

Well I was cruising home from my g/f house about an hour ago when I notice this red Lt1 style Z28 about a couple cars behind me bobbing and weaving in between cars getting closer and closer to me. Well I figured he was just driving like a moron so I pulled in the right lane and let him get in the middle so he could pass me and he slows down and gets right next to me. Well I normally try not to race because my car has a habbit of breaking when I try to show off in any way. But after him jumping back and forth at me for a few minutes and talking **** I decided to let him have it. I started playing with him a little bit to let him know i was interested and then we finally hit a light. I revved it a few times to make sure he was still interested and then I dropped it into first. The light turned green and I instantly took him out of the hole. I shifted at 5500 rpms and kept gaining. By about 75 mph I had him by about a car and a half and I shut down. Then we pulled up at another light and he was pulling every excuse in the book out of his a$$. So anyway I pulled into the left lane and made my turn and went home. Then When I pulled onto my street I realized he was right behind me. Apparently he is dating the girl who lives across the street from me. So we talked for a minute or two. And I found out it was auto and stock other than a K&N and a flowmaster cat back. He still wouldnt give me any respect altough I beat him and he was still talking all kinds of crap. Oh well.

Yeah I would rather beat up on mustangs but none around here will race me except for either V6's which are a waste of time or Cobras which are way out of my league right now.

You should have started making up all kinds of stuff that his girlfriend likes, like you already dated her or something.

I'd rather beat a Camaro than a Mustang.
Unless it was a fast Mustang.

Well I decided to be an adult about it and not stoop to his level. It just makes him look stupid that he talks all of this crap and lost. His friend that was in the car with him was looking at him like he was plain stupid. The funny part is that I took him with 2.73 gears. I am going to get some numerically higher gears and a posi soon, then I will really make him look stupid.

Are you saying mid 14's because of the time in my sig? Because that was with my old 350tbi motor and this one has way more power. This motor is defenetly capable of mid to low 13's with a better converter and gears. I dont know what I run now, but judging by my old motor I would say at worst I should break low 14's but Ive driven enough 12 and 13 second cars to know that this engine has the potential run in the 13's.

Hearing that just made my day man. Your car is also quite the sleeper aswell though. I would never expect a high 14 second 3.4 liter V6 in this red and black beast:
