I was on highway with 2 of my buds and with 2 other cars heading to a night on the town when a blue iroc 88-90 comes up to pass on the left lane...had faded paint but sounded good as he passed he reved it and punched it so i sped up to him. going from about 70 we both punched it...he took a jump and stayed ahead about 1 and 1/2 car lengths and we both let off upcoming on traffic. We let off at about 115...it was a little fun just thought id share

My guess his car was a L98 sounded like mine so im pretty sure it was a L98 but it was only him in the car opposed to me and my 2 freinds which is why i think he got the win. My car is all stock btw but its loud cause its got holes in the exhaust...

It was fun for me cause this was the first race i have done with another camaro or a third gen for that chance! so it was cool. It was my second race overall another was against a new 3 series and that was a joke...for me.

 

Sounds like a good run.

70mph is a high speed to start from though.

 

yeah especially with the tpi, but what ever floats your boat.

 

it was high mph start...but there were lots of cars behind us and he didnt really slow down so we just went from 70

 

I've always wanted to race a fellow thirdgenner, but can't seem to ever come across one. Seems like it would be good fun.
