Why
I took the S/E out for a spin today and what do you know,I see a R1c3*(98ish eclipse ) weaving in an out of the traffic and thinking hes all that.Anyways,farther down the road where its more deserted by the way,we both roll up to the same red light.Judging BTW I saw him driving before I figuered he would wanna race right?So before the light hits green we both give eachother the Im gonna smoke you look and some revs.When it hit green I gunned it and he just chilled 
Why didnt he race?here are the mods from just lookin at his car,5 inch pipe tip,a 3 foot spoiler,and am assuming intake mods.So who woulda won if he raced?
