you'll get him...My buddies Neon R/T beat an manual SE pretty bad, but watch out on the top end he'll come back. The Neon had nothing but a header, intake and full exaust, so you should be fine.
The only way that the Maxima has a chance (I think) is if it's a stick shift. My girlfriend used to have a 97. It was decent with a good amount of torque. It was a tad slower than my Integra GS-R that I had at the time. So I'd say that if you run low to mid 14's you'll be fine. That's assuming that the person driving the Maxima knows just what they're doing.

If what Stu says is accurate, which usually is lol....You're toast, because I believe these cars run mid to low 15's...could be wrong.

Yeah the auto's run mid to low 15's and i have a friend that ran a 14.9 with his 97 5 speed. they're pretty quick for what they are.

I would say that this is a drivers race. If you race from a dig you have an advantage. I would avoid any run from a roll.
