my friend jay daily drove and did roadtrips with his car for over 40,000 miles that way before he did the LS6 intake, small cam, and we started tuning it.

I'd LOVE to get a set of sticky tires and get that ET down to go with that trap speed but I can't afford a 12 bolt yet.

Give a shout out if you swing by Raceway Park next spring (especially on either Wednesday, or Friday nights). Either that, or just look for a 98 Trans Am, or 86 Iroc, that has "Street Lethal" written in script on each fender...

I LOVE that color. One of my old friends had that exact same car. Well, his was a '99, but we swapped the '00+ wheels onto it. That is by far my favorite color for an SS.

for whatever its worth........
still no luck getting him to run. just don't understand it to be honest.
we did find out he was fudging on the 11.3s that was WITH nitros. person who works on his cars said 12.3 without it.
from the time i was behind him and he punched it that would seem about right. would be a FUN race.
maybe he will agree if i pull his wife in the cobra again!!
i just hope he hasn't changed the pulley.
