Assuming both have full exhausts and have had the necessary dyno tune, car #2 will win easily. The CC306 is a monster cam and works well with the ported heads. The LT1 intake is also up to the job of supporting that amount of air.
The TPI is still restricted with the stock TPI even though it is ported and the hot cam is pretty mild and not well matched to the induction.
That LT1 could make near 450hp with a flat powerband and I don't see that TPI making more than a peak of 340hp or so.

the Lt1 Has full 2.5" duals and the TPI has 3" mandrel so its pretty much a wash. the TPI also has a 75 shot of Nitrous? I figured that would pick up some of the slack.

well pcmforless is doing the LT1 and the TPI is DIY prom burning. as far as the fuel system on the LT1 that will eventually be upgraded to 28# injectors and new pump. but in this race it hasnt been upgraded yet
