How much of a reduction in the 1/4?
Well its winter right now, and sadly my 89 is outside under wraps, but when winter is over I am taking the next steps in modding my car. I was wondering what these would take off the 1/4
3.73s
Complete Super Ram Intake
Ehaust-Headers-3 inch mandrel bent-loudmouth muffler
Street Radials
Pulleys
Shift Kit
Aluminum Driveshaft
.536/.544 lunati Cam
1.6 rockers
Tpis custom prom after everything is in
I would think about 1.8+
Am I over estimating or under estimating the reduction?
(I added 3 more things I forgot to mention and I had them written down too =/, I am at work right now and cant think straight sorry =P)

Keep in mind there is NO way that cam is going to work with stock heads unless they've been clearanced for more lift, and the 1.6 rockers only make that problem worse.

That is way to much cam for stock heads. I run a comp cams magnum .501/.501 cam with 1.6 roller tips and it is a pain to tune. My set up is equal to 534/534 lift. Your looking at a .572/.580 setup. All you'll hear is the valves slaming off the pistons if you go to start the car like that. You need a taller head to go with that setup. I'd say with a 64cc chamber minimum for a little clearence.
That being said, if you are still concerned about emissions testing, that size cam is just asking for trouble. Trust me I know all about failing emissions. Of course in Ohio, if you fail your emissions test the first time around, and come back and can prove you've spent over $300 attempting to fix the problem you get a waiver. Don't know about your laws.
Also instead of paying $3500 for a Super ram system ( you did say full system) You could pay just $100 more and get a complete vortech tpi supercharger kit. Add a bigger exhaust, get a better fuel pump and get it tuned properly. Then get some bigger tires and watch your times drop. And the best part is the kit is smog legal in all 50 states.
The setup your thinking of doing is cool if you want all motor. I just don't see you losing much time in the 1/4. If you really want to drop your times and be all motor, you'd be better off spending the same money in higher compression forged pistons, a better set of heads to match, and a bigger cam not (not too big). Also a BBK 58mm throttle body. That would probabaly cost about the same if not less and provide a bigger increase in power.
Sorry for the novel. If you would like I could give you specific part recommendations.
