No street races last night, so, this is a "theoretical" of 3 cars I've had
Just Trying to figure out how my Formy compares to some of the other cars I've had, and these 2 I think would be an intersting race. Have beaten a 240hp BMW M3 at a light, and the new auto Stang last week, and have since taken the cats out and free'd up some more power. My mods are in my sig for my Formy, my 94 Z28-hardtop, 6spd,3.42 gears,56kmi, tuneup,K&N,Flowmaster, most notable street race win-96+ Cobra Mustang. 87 Vette-coupe,rebuilt auto trans, 2200tc/shift kit,3.07 gears,140kmi,tuneup,K&N,cut lid, 2 1/4 straight pipes/no cats,Flowmaster Mufflers,und. crank pulley,49psi fp,Hypertech chip, most notable win- a friends 94 6spd Z28 t-top with just a K&N and Flowmaster,by a hair from a roll.
Which cars in order do you think is the fastest?
From a roll?
50+blast on the highway?
no cars have/had any traction so from a dig is way to hard to tell.

 

It sounds like both your Fbodys are mid 13 second vehicles, considering you are beating lots of low 14 second and high 13 second cars (if they are driven properly). I'd say your Z would walk the formula from a roll cause 6-speeds have the advantage of a taller 3rd gear than the auto. I'd say your vette would be seeing all of their tail lights.

 

I think my Z could probably have taken My Formula from a roll, and on the highway,but not by much, I never did take it to the track but it was a very strong,for what it had done, should have been good for a 13.6-13.7 with some traction. I think from stoplight to stoplight, my Formula is a tad quicker. The thing about my Vette, I beat my Friends 6spd Z by about a half car from a roll,up to about 90, and severall LT1 automatic Vettes at stoplights so it's really to tell.
