Was taking my G/f to go buy a new camera and I saw a Subaru catching up from behind me, I hit a red light and he was next to me. Light turned green and we both rolled into the throttle until we were moving then we punched it and I just walked away. You could hear the sound of a bird chirping under his hood as he fell behind... Personally I don't really like that sound for a BOV. Needless to say after the run I slowed down and he fell way behind, I even drove below the speed limit and he would not come up beside me.... Apparently he talked to much **** to his buddy in his car about the Camaro. Then was embarrassed when I walked him. Either way it was fun. (for me) haha Just thought it was a cool little first kill of the season.

 

Yeah, I ran a turbo STI impreza the other day too. Side by side a black and gold GTA, and a black and gold STI impreza at a red light at 1 in the morning. I dropped the shifter into 1st so I was ready if it did happen which luckily it did. We both started off easy then I heard him go WOT so I did the same. I shifted into 2nd and the back tires got loose and the car was going side to side a little bit. But I stayed door to door with him untill about 65 when I had to let off. I really thought he would dust me but literally I was door to door the whole time. After I let off he kept going and gave me a thumbs up out of the window.

 

See we need more racers like that. The ones that show respect and deserve it.

 

I agree, If i made that kid come up beside me after beating him he probably would have given me the bird....
