How fast should this go in the 1/4

I have recently brought this car back to life. It used to run great see the times at the bottom of the signature. It was sitting for two years, and had some problems that are now fixed. I am a little curious, because with my new GTECH I have only been able to get a best 13.93 at 102.6 with all the mods below. This was with no spin in first because of slowly easing into the throttle. However, when it shifts into second the tires break for a good half second. I thought the car should be even faster than it was because now I have gutted the cat and dropped out all the emissions. I was expecting around 13 seconds, but this run was really poor. I suppose it could do with where I am shifting, maybe to early or too late, but I am just wondering what you all think it should run. Thanks.
