Okay what needs to be done to a stock L98 to take a 96 Z28 with headers Flowmaster cat-back.

 

My buddy has an 87 IROC w/3.73 gears,shift
kit,headers with true dual exhaust,chip& 180
thermostat and pulleys.He ran 13.82@98.68mph.
My other friend was there running his stock
96 formula and he ran 14.22@100mph.

Is the formula stock? Is it a M6 or A4? They should usually run 13.7-14.2 stock so thats about right.
