Would a brand new honda civic I think its a sport kind beat my old 83 berlinetta .....
I donno even know how many horsepower I have can someone tell me I have a 83 berlinetta v8 I think 305

 

The civc might have ya, it will be close. the stock 305 has about 170 HP. I feel your pain, Sharky use to have a 305.

Yeah the civic will crush you, you have around 150 HP not to mention an old dirty busted @$$ 305

 

83 Berlinetta Carbed: 145 hp 240 ft lbs
83 with CFI: 165 hp 240 ft lbs

Does it make no difference that he has almost double the torque that a civic does. also, if it is a brand new civic, it is not an SI he is dealing with if thats what you guys are thinking.

 

The only way the civic can win is if your camaro is badly out of tune, Or the civic has a fart pipe, you know the kind that give them 200hp and allow them to go 400mph

The civics weight a little over 2500lbs if I remember, vs 3300 or so in the Berlinetta, if its not an Si I think you'll still take him.

I would say if it's an Si it will take you but if it's on of the lower models like a DX or something you should have him.
