Im thinking about putting this combo together on the car in the sig. :

383 CHEVY 450 HORSEPOWER STREET STROKER ENGINE($4,800). It was dyno'ed at 447 hp 454 lbs of torque at flywheel. Also i would have a TH400 trans. , 12 bolt housing rear with GM posi-traction 3.73 gears and 3000 rpm stall.
With good traction what do u think i would run in the quarter?

mid to low 12's , i have seen plenty of guys at the track with the combo you mentioned

i see your in california, are you gonna make that engine street legal? If so, id like to know how you're gonna do it cuz ive always wondered if i would be able to do something that like, with the smog man and all.

i like vortech , they have mild supercharger kits available for your motor

 

uh i am gonna say high 11's. i have a friend with a 70 camaro with a nice 350 with close to 400 horses running a th350 and posi with 4.11's and he is runnin 12.6's all day

 

Get a xx-trim vortech.
