Engine: 305 LT1 intake&heads
Transmission: TH700r4
Axle/Gears: 3.73 10bolt GM
HP Estimate

What numbeers should i expect? Dyno within a month. Here is engine spec.
305 with 030 overbore
LT1 intake manifold fully ported
Stock LT1 heads 2.0/1.55 valves, milled up to valve seats
Long headers
Flat tapped cam 235/240 .490/.490 lsa 112 advanced 2 deg
Pumpgas
WOT@13.0:1 AFR
2x51 TB

1.1 - 1.2 HP/CI at the crank provided your compression ratio matches the cam.

i didnt think a 305 bore would accept that size valve?

" milled up to valve seats" better check valve to piston clearance. sounds like a high compression build. i'm curious to see how much power it makes.

305 wont but with 030 over will, but valve lift is limited to 500

That 1.1 1.2 per ci is what i look for

It'll take some RPMs to get there. I would think that cam in a 305 would peak past 6000. Possibly 6500 provided the heads can support it. I don't have any direct experience with the LT1 head but if memory serves, the L31 Vortec is based off of the LT1 intake port. That counts for something.
