Me and my friend decided to finally race our cars a couple months ago, i got a 91 bird (mods in sig), hes got an 83 elky with 350 and a little over 300 horses. The lite leading from town is the beginning of the highway, and it was about 1 am, so no cars anywere. we both gunned it and he took me , but not by much, when i hit 90 i decided to back down, he backed down shortly after leaving about 4 car lenghts between us. in the rear veiw mirror i saw headlights coming out of town, about 5 seconds later i looked at the speedo and was still backin down from 80 at that point (in a 55 zone) suddenly the headlight were on my ***, but in the fast lane, he sped by and it was a cop, he followed my freind for about 2 miles running between us. then turned around and went back to town. It was quite a frighteneing experience, i thought for sure one of us was goin to jail that night. I guess the moral of the story is that it doesnt matter were you at in Michigan, theres always a state boy watchin your ***.

yeah, is Osteago in the UP or something?
I live in Grand Haven, MI. small tourist town on the lake.

 

There is an Otsego county in the UP,but the one in this case is in southern Allegan county.
