What does this thing run stock?
I used to own a IROC, see my sig, but jsut got my insurance chekc and am lookin for another third generation camaro. HOwever, i think i am throuhg with teh hassle of TPI and the amount of money it takes to mod and maintain. So i have decided to go for a 1989-1992 RS with the TBI intake. It seems just as capabe as the TPI and as long as i get the V8 its all good. But question, how fast do the 5-speed RS camaros run in the 1/4 mile and the 0-60? Also, what do u think, what is better, TBI or TPI

The RS's will run about 16 flat in the 1/4 and 0-60 about 8.0 you'll find that those times are the average. They can better or worse. I personally think that TBI has more potential, but the TPI guys will argue otherwise.

8 secs 0-60mph for a TBI?
That's SLOW. A Jeep Wrangler Sahara takes that much time. As for the 305 TPI and TBI being equal, I'm gonna have to call 
on that. I have had my car timed from 0-60 several times, and it never went slower than 6.7 seconds. I have had it go as quick as 5.9
