Paging Irocker!!

Irocker, I am currently in the process of getting some suspension parts. I know you have KYB shocks and I will be getting some too. I think the struts are GR2 but what did you get for the rear? GR2 or gas-a-just?
I'm also going to be getting: Eibach Prokit springs, BMR LCA's and BMR Relocation brackets. I'm just trying to find a GP or sale on any of the above items.
Oh, I will be saving on the shipping and brokerage fees by having them sent to my sister's house in Tennessee. It gives me a good excuse to go and visit on our May long weekend.
OK that's enough rambling.

Bob

U will need an adj panhard rod as well if your lowering your ride.
The stock unit isn't for lowering, the angle is way long and your car will sit funny. If you don't have one already youll need one.

Hey Bob,

I've got the GR2's on both the front and the back. And I agree with ROCHEAD's comments about the adj panhard...that's definately something you might want to consider.

Your car should look pretty good with the Prokit drop!

Thanks, I'm going to try it with the stock panhard bar first and see what its like. Ideally I should just get one but if I can get by without I will. Already spending $900 Can. on the other suspension parts doesn't excite me.
I still need body and paint before I (wife will let me) go about getting those new heads and camshaft.

I'll let you know how it works out.

Bob

Very true...Try it out first and see how it handles with out the adj panhard. Worst that will happen is your rear axle may skip around on bouncy corners or hard acceleration...but deal with it when the time comes.

Good luck man.
