I'm thinking of redesigning my air intake to match a TPI's intake (from the front directly) rather than my from the front to the headlight to the air cleaner assembly. I can pretty much rotate my air cleaner to wherever I want and direct it to about the location of the TPI throttle body location. With a few tweaks and creative duct work I think I can incorporate the TPI air intake to suit a TBI intake. So here's the favor part, can you give me specifications/part numbers for your TPI air intake? All the stuff before the throttle body of your engine in the nose part. This would make for an interesting mod for TBI/Carb owners as it just may make cold ducting a whole lot easier.

I did the same thing, I have a buddy at GM who checked out a price for me, he said $450(HIS PRICE). At paradise alley I got it for $150. Its still a bit up there but better then the dealer.
Hey Slade1, I see those IROC intakes on Ebay all the time. The piece that fits between the hood and the front valance support ? They usually go for about $40-50 USD. I don't have time to check right now but a search on "TPI" or "cold-air" usually catches them.
