I call my local speed shop just a few mins. ago and asked if my TT2's were in. I got 50% of my order. I got my fronts in, but the rears won't be in for a couple days.WTF is that all about?

at least you werent screwed by WHEELS DIRECT...

they told me that my rims would be in in about 3 weeks..waited 3 months still nothing...(eagle 302s) i finally went down there after 3.5 months and got a refund!!! then went and got some better rims and tires from someone who didnt lie outta their teeth!!

Hey Mr Jordan.

Just curious what shop or shops do you deal with in the Sudbury area as it is the closest area to me on Manitoulin Island.

Also how do you rate these shops or shop (price and service). Any info you can offer would be great. Although judging from this post you are probably not to happy with the shop you bought your rims from.

 

Wel Corbi, I deal with Witrak Speed and Custom. The owner sometimes jacks up the price of an item if he knows you got money. He tried to charge me tax twice when i bought the TT2's.etc... Unfortunatly he is the only specialty shop in sudbury so sometimes you get a deal and sometimes you don't.

I sometimes get a better deal at Canadian Tire ordering through KeyStone..

 

I've dealt with Terry at Witrak auto as well was just curious if there was any other shops in Sudbury, I guess not.

I've often wondered about his prices but haven't had anywhere to compare it with. I have not bought to much either though.
He does appear to know his stuff and it is often funny when he tries to sell me just about everything in the store when I go there.

So I got off work yesterday and got 50% of my rims from the shop and guess what! One rim is a 16x8 and the other is a 16x9.
So so far only one rim out of four is right..

My patience is really wearing thin here.

 

I know how you feel when I ordered my TT2 rims they were supposed to be here is 6 weeks.. they showed up in 7 weeks with one rim damaged in shipping so by the time i got a replacement made it was 9-10 weeks total. But I got them finally and it was worth the wait I love these TT2's!!!
