I found a set of 88 IROC rims 16" for my Z28 .
I have my original Z28 15" rim on it now .
Do i buy the Nice center caps for these rims to spice em up a little
or buy the IROC rims with tires on them 225/60/16 ??

No question, get the IROC wheels if you can afford it. Then get some 245/50's for them.

Mark, I would say get the Iroc Rim, my car originally had the 15 inchers, and when I put the Iroc rims it totally changed the look of the car, spend the cash and get them, it will be worth it in the long run! That's just my 2 cents!

seriously I would go with the irocs and polish them up and paint the inner sides silver. I forget who did that with their but they posted pics a week or 2 ago and it looked nice. 15 inchers are for the 60s muscle cars IMO

I use to have those crappy 15s on my 91 rs. I HATED HATED HATED HATED HATED HATED HATED THEM! They were PINK!!!! AHHHH!!!!!!

I personally like the stock rims and I have them on my car. I find that anymore, stock rims on an '82-'92 Z28 is the exception not the rule as so many people have jumped to buy IROC rims. The stock rims looks great provided you keep them clean. 15" tires are not as pricey as 16" either if that's a consideration. I anticipate I'm going to get a lot of flack from anti-stockers, but you were asking for opinions and this is mine.

Mark I would say to go with what ninety1TAgta said, I think he is talking about what I did with my rims, thats what I had done, and If I dont say so myself they look dame good!

Nothing wrong with IROC wheels... but it is not the only option.

You can always polish the Z28 wheels (ALOT OF WORK). I polished mine, and have received many compliments on them. The rest of my car is a pile though.
