As far as I know the waterbox is only to help yet get 'em spinning without stressin on the driveline. If you actually want to heat your tires and get them sticky you have to roll out of the water box once they are spinning. I hate seein guys spin 'em up and shut it down while still in the water... it's the worst thing you could do.

 

I say, to each their own! If some people dont like traction, then we shouldnt force it upon them...

Its really dumb that you have to slip on someone elses water after he "burns out" in the waterbox! Like, just rolling through it wets them enough, 1 turn off the tire is all it takes, you dont need to spin them for 2secs completely, spray water on your wheelwells....finish your burnout, move to the line, then take off & spin on your own water dripping from the front of the wheel-well!
