opinions about outside storage

i couldn't get an inside storage spot like i always do, but i have a good spot out of the wind here.(not paying 125$ a month for heated storage). anyhoooo, i have a outdoor cover, on, battery out, 5w30 syn oil, all the stuff i have in is good for out side shiat. now, i have a 20by 40 blue water proof tarp, i unfolded iit fullly. backed the car onto half, and folded the other half so its like a bag. tottally wind proof and rian/snow proof. now theres probably not too much airflow in there, is this gonna cause a problem? moisdture wise. i have numerouse moisture silicone packages i stole from work when thery tools and machines with. should i pout a small fan in there just to keep the air movin? any help or opinions would be great thanks. damn i feel bad but this is all i can do right now. sorry mr.car.hehehe

Sounds good to me....

But you need to consider that if ANY moisture gets under the tarp it will be trapped there against the car.... and it will oxidize even faster. There is chemical stuff you can buy to put under the tarp that will absorb any moisture....

the tarp is under the car, how would it get in from under neath? its water proof, but the circulation i have the doubts about. i think i should put a small fan in there just for fun.

I have to confess.... I never actually read your entire post. I just got to the "kind of like a bag" part.... and was like "uh oh".

It seems you have already considered the moisture factor.... If you use the silicon packs it should help I think.

That sounds about right. I think the fan is overkill, but the rest of it should serve you well.
